First time to Turkey let alone Kusadasi, we had a great holiday. The villa is well kept, lovely furniture, even the plates and cutlery were excellent quality. The owners sent a text and property management agent came and made sure all was well. Will definately want to came back to wake up to that beautifull view and watch the sunset. Fantastic holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday in your Villa. We agreed that it is the best villa that we have ever stayed in and the views over the sea were magnificent. The pool was exceptional, very clean and very quiet. The sunsets in the evening were fantastic, something to relax and watch whilst you eat dinner and sip your wine. We made good use of the Dolmos buses which can get you anywhere you want to go cheaply and quickly. We went to Ephesus but advise to take plenty of water and try to avoid the midday sun.
Overall a very cheap, relaxing holiday enjoyed by all. Thank you very much for letting us stay.

Myself and my Family (2 adults, 2 children under 4 ) stayed at the Villa in Kusadasi in August 2009. We had a fab time. The local town is easily accessible by buses which are very frequent, and go to a variety of locations including other towns and all of the nice beaches. The weather was gorgeous and having the beautiful swimming pool on site just made it more of a luxury, fantastic. We also used some of the restaurant pick up and drop off service which was great it meant we could enjoy a nice meal knowing that we already had a taxi (free) to take us home. We went on a local boat excursion to other secluded beaches that was great it was all day but brilliant entertainment for the whole family. I would reccomend it. The Villa itself has fantastic views that you would not get anywhere else, each evening we watched the sun set over the sea, fabulous !
The only down side was that we were only in Turkey for 10 days and to really appreciate it the beauty I think that at least two weeks is needed !!
Due to this we are returning to stay at the villa in August 2010.
